    Mobile Banking FAQs

    Q: What types of mobile devices can be used to access accounts?
    The custom apps are designed for Apple and Android devices. For smartphone and tablet users who have other devices, Freedom First's standard mobile web solution will work with any web-enabled mobile device that supports encrypted (SSL) traffic.

    Q: What functions can I perform from my mobile device?

    Functions include viewing your transaction history and account balances, transferring funds between accounts, paying bills to existing payees, and viewing your alerts.
    Q: Can I add a new payee?
    For your security, payees must first be added through Bill Pay before scheduling and making payments on your mobile device.

    Q: How do I know if my transfer or bill payment was entered successfully?

    You can choose to receive text alerts each time you make a transfer or bill payment. You can also check to make sure your transactions go through via Online Banking.

    Q: What happens if I lose communication/signal during a transaction?

    Dropped calls and lost signals will not affect the text alert feature. If you choose to receive text alerts, you will receive a confirmation SMS text message with each successful transfer or bill payment. If a lost signal does affect a transaction, you may need to resubmit transactions that did not process.

    CU24 ATM Locator App FAQs

    Q: Will this app find all Freedom First ATMs?
    The CU24 ATM locator app will find all ATMs associated with CU24, CUHere, Allpoint, and Moneypass in a given location. Freedom First did not develop and does not own this app, so it may also find ATMs out of our network, some of which charge a fee. Tapping through to see the features of any ATM you're interested in using will tell you whether it's surcharge-free or not.
    Q: Can I save my searches?
    Yes. The CU24 ATM locator app has a search "lock" button that allows you to save your searches.
